Abundant Life Medical Massage is a Wellness Center. I specialize in helping the body heal from pain and disesase. Primary focus is Whole Spine (cranial-sacral) Medical Massage or Decompression, Certified Reflexology, Nutrition Counseling for weight loss and much more, Advanced Lymphatic Weight Loss Massage for many things including post Lipo-suction surgery. Reflexology (Ingham Method)

The Ingham Method® is practiced around the world. It is a way of stimulating reflex areas, or parts of the body where nerve endings are bundled, most popularly the hands, feet or ears. The practice of reflexology involves applying pressure to these reflex areas using thumbs and fingers and it is used to improve blood supply, reduce nervousness, stress and tension and help patients relax.

Couples Massage

Choose from Swedish or Medical Massage. One person is placed on the 5 therapy mat (infrared, therapeutic heat) with chi machine (Free 80-$160 Value), while the other gets massage. Then couples switch places. You only pay for the massage you asked for.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy

Cranial-sacral (whole spine decompression) getting space between all 31 pairs of spinal nerves. It is a form of deep tissue massage that doesn't hurt by putting you in loose positions on the table. Helps the body to heal itself allowing disks to go back into alignment. It is possible to prevent surgery. It is also used for sports massage.

Lymphatic Drainage

Advanced Lymphatic Drainage (post and pre-surgery Lipo or other), Non-painful. Includes Reflexology, working the lymphatic drainage path lightly from right lymph groin to left, the abs, the left thoracic duct and then the left thoracic duct to drain thru your kidneys. Lymphatic drainage for the face (TMJ work if needed) also available. Save with package deal. $750 for 10, 1-hour, massages. Call for details.

Myofascial Release Massage

Myofascial release applies sustained pressure on targeted areas of connective tissue (fascia) that surround your muscles and bones. This pressure is meant to release the restriction in the connective tissue so that you have greater range of motion and less pain.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage therapy can help reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. Prenatal massage therapy addresses different needs through varying techniques. I use Advanced Lymphatic techniques, light whole spine decompression; getting space between the vertebrae, reflexology on the feet, balance hips, relax the whole body. Similar to what I do for Swedish (relaxation) or Medical Massage depending on what is needed. I have a table that converts into a pregnancy table that is very comfortable for the belly.

Foot Massage

Foot massage improves circulation, which helps with healing and keeps your muscles and tissues healthy. It stimulates muscles, reduces tension, and eases pain. Included in Swedish Massage for deep relaxation and pampering.

Swedish Massage

Primarily for Relaxation, not to fix problems areas. I use all natural oils for massage includes effleurage, petrissage, friction, vibration and include foot massage. Swedish massage is one of the classic forms of massage. It is a whole-body therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health.
